Deliveries are made by General Postal .

Orders are dispatched daily (Monday to Friday) until 15:00. Any orders placed after the shipping time will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping with ELTA Courier - elta

Deliveries are made with the ELTA Courier .

Orders are dispatched daily (Monday to Friday) until 14:00.
Any orders placed after the shipping time will be shipped the next business day. 

 

Delivery via “BOX NOW” boxnowlogo

“BOX NOW” as a pickup method allows you to pick up your parcel yourself at any time you want at one of the “BOX NOW Locker” Automatic Pickup Machines by following the steps below:

  • Step 1: Choose Box Now as your delivery method at check out.
  • Step 2: Select the Box Now Locker that suits you on the map.
  • Step 3: Once your parcel has been delivered to the Locker you have chosen, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with the PIN to open your BOX NOW locker.

Cost of transport

All parcels are subject to shipping costs which are based on the weight of the product. 

Replacement

The cash on delivery service is available for delivery by General Postal Service and is not charged extra.

Delivery Time

(For shipments with Geniki Postal)
Once the order will be prepared:

  • Courier delivery to Island Greece and inaccessible destinations: delivery in 3-5 working days.
  • Courier delivery to the rest of Greece: delivery in 1-3 working days.
  • Courier delivery in Cyprus : delivery in 3-5 working days.

Order Delay

Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. When extreme weather conditions or strikes occur and generally in cases of force majeure that affect the smooth transport and delivery.
  2. During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
  3. In case it is not possible to contact you (by phone or email) to address any problems regarding your order or payment. For example, when the information you have entered is not correctly updated.

Collection from our Stores
