In the last month, our company "CENTER PLUS S.A." has received telephone complaints from our customers to whom we have sold OLYMPUS water filter devices.

Our specific customers, after receiving a phone call, were misled and purchased replacement water filters from another company, which, however, do not fit OLYMPUS devices.

MORE SPECIFIC:
During the phone calls, after the callers determine that their interlocutors have a water filter, they then tell them that they have a supposedly great offer of 3 or even 4 filter replacements for the price of 30 or 40 euros.

This is a blatant scam since the spare parts for OLYMPUS water filters are only available from our company (CENTER PLUS S.A.) and no other spare filter can fit OLYMPUS devices. Unfortunately, some of our customers have already been scammed and while they are looking for those who scammed them (as they inform us), they cannot locate them in order to return the product and get their money back.
