  • Email: the provider through which order and newsletter emails are sent.

If you believe that we have not respected your rights, you can submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens).

Safety

The site operates only with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to customer data is limited to those who need it for their work and we keep backup copies on servers in the European Union.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that are stored on your device when you visit a site. We divide them into four categories:

  • Necessary: are needed for the store to function (cart, checkout, login, security, your choice of cookies). These include recording the source of the visit (for example Google, Facebook or directly) in the store's sbjs_ cookies, so that we know where an order came from. They remain only on our site and are not given to third parties. They are always active.
  • Functional: memorizing options such as language.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics (Google), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), Wideview's traffic statistics and Wideview's Wide Agent, which improves the site experience based on browsing.
  • Advertising: Google Ads (Google), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI).

When you first log in, only the necessary ones are active and we ask you for the rest. You can change your choice whenever you want from the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of each page. For Google tools we use Consent Mode: as long as you have not given consent, no Google cookies are stored on your device.
