* IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION ON MICRONS:

QUESTIONS

How do I change the cartridge?;

Unscrew the old cartridge and screw the new one in without tightening it. No tools are needed. Before first use, let the water run for 2-3 minutes to clean the new cartridge.

How do I know which cartridge fits?;

Check the color of the thread of the current cartridge. Olympus: green or black for chlorine, bacteria, pesticides, heavy metals and so on, blue for salts, red for nitrates. If you are not sure, call us at 210 240 5900.

How often should I change?;

The cartridge is changed every 12 months or 8,000 liters of water, whichever comes first. In the meantime, it can be cleaned to extend its life.

I have been using the device for many years without any problems.<br /> The company notifies me via email about changing the filter once a year, and the store employees are impeccable and helpful.

Very happy after years of use. Only that the last two times we got replacements the filter clogs up very often, something that didn't happen before.

4-STAGE CLEANING CHAINED CERAMIC FILTER

* The replacement filter lasts for 1 year or 8,000 litres of water (whichever comes first).

HAS BEEN CHECKED BY:
* 3 Recognised European Chemical Laboratories

and even:

* in 2010 for bacterial retention by the Agricultural University of Athens.

It is unique because:

1. It is the water filter which is manufactured in Greece by CENTER PLUS SA and combines International experience with the most advanced EUROPEAN technology, on ceramic water filters with micropores.

2.The ceramic filter that contains the device and whose pores are 10 times smaller than the size of pathogenic bacteria which in some cases can exist in drinking water*, it retains 100% waterborne pathogenic micro-organisms such as E. Colli, typhoid, cholera, salmonella, fecal coliform, staphylococci, pathogenic and sporogenic bacteria, enterococci, cryptosporidium, etc.

3. Also, the ultra-compact ceramic filter retains the billions of water microbes that chlorine kills and that we drink daily with tap water, while at the same time the same ceramic filter retains sediment, mud, rust, etc.

4. The solid activated carbon, contained in the inner part of the ceramic filter, as well as other elements of the cartridge, are able to retain to a satisfactory degree chlorine or even (if present in the water), pesticides, phenols, toxic substances, asbestos fibers, hexavalent chromium, cadmium, arsenic, lead and other heavy metals, while allowing us to drink all the useful elements of the water such as: Mineral salts, trace elements, etc.

5. Because the water chamber of the device (cover) is made of stainless steel, and the base is made of a special brass mixture suitable for drinking water, it never alters the taste and smell of the water that remains in the device.

6. Finally, the Olympus+ water filters are intended for city water controlled by the Municipal Authorities and are the water filters that you will drink all your life, HEALTHY, COLD, CLEAN, HOLY WATER.

*  City water is generally safe from microbial contamination because it is controlled by the municipal authorities and chlorinated. In some cases, however, the water can be contaminated by bacterial invasion, either due to perforation of pipes in the network, or by hypochlorination of the water, or by the presence of certain bacteria such as cryptosporidium, etc., which are resistant to disinfection and chlorine cannot kill them.
