The change is not something that the Greek state built from scratch. It is a harmonization with the European standard DIN 13164:2022, which has already been in force for years in Germany, Austria and other Eurozone countries. The Greek market followed suit last.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It does not matter if it is new or if it contains high-quality items. If it does not meet the standard, it does not pass the inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The new legislation applies\u00a0from January 1, 2027<\/strong>\u00a0for all motor vehicles circulating on Greek roads:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0397\u00a0only exception<\/strong>\u00a0concerns two-wheelers.
