Returns Policy<\/h2>

The company, by supporting E-Commerce, enables the customer, through the completeness of the descriptions it posts on its pages, to enjoy the privilege of direct contact with the products it offers from its computer screen, quickly and easily.<\/p>

Wanting to highlight the benefits of using the internet in our daily purchases, below we list the terms and conditions for returning defective or non-defective products.<\/p>

Product Withdrawal and Returns<\/h2>

In accordance with the provisions of article 4, paragraph 10 of Law 2251\/1994 (Government Gazette 191 A' \/ 16 November 1994), in combination with the Joint Ministerial Decision (J.D.A. Z1-891\/30.8.2013), the consumer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason from the distance purchase of a product within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days.<\/p>

In this context, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, you have the option of returning the purchased products only if they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received and provided that they are accompanied by all the necessary documents proving your transaction.<\/p>

After withdrawal, the company is obliged, within fourteen (14) calendar days, to refund the price of the product to the buyer, provided that it has previously received and checked it.<\/p>

The costs of returning products via mail, courier or transport company to the premises of CENTER PLUS SA are not covered by the company and are entirely borne by the sender\/customer.<\/p>

It is noted that the responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of the product lies with the customer until the product is received by the company.<\/p>

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the period of fourteen (14) calendar days begins from the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods.<\/p>

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal\/return, you must notify your intention to withdraw in writing before the relevant deadline, by sending this return form to the customer service email address. info@centerplus.gr<\/a> or fax: 210.24.05.583<\/p>

The company recommends that the customer carefully check, at the time of delivery of the order, the condition of the products sold and the integrity of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. wrong item, etc.).

The CUSTOMER has the option to cancel his order by phone or e-mail, within 24 hours from the time of shipment.<\/p>

The customer reserves the right to withdraw and cancel the order until the shipping process begins.<\/p>
