QUESTIONS
How do I change the cartridge?;
Unscrew the old cartridge and screw the new one in without tightening it. No tools are needed. Before first use, let the water run for 2-3 minutes to clean the new cartridge.
How do I know which cartridge fits?;
Check the color of the thread of the current cartridge. Olympus: green or black for chlorine, bacteria, pesticides, heavy metals and so on, blue for salts, red for nitrates. If you are not sure, call us at 210 240 5900.
How often should I change?;
The cartridge is changed every 12 months or 10,000 liters of water, whichever comes first. In the meantime, it can be cleaned to extend its life.
